1) There is one great leader that inspired greatness in others. He is Dr. Martin Luther King. He gave a speech about freedom for the African American and other people in America. He soon inspired other leaders today to support people from other countries. That is an example of a great leader.

1.) - An example of a great leader is my dad. He is just such a great man and a hardworking one. He provides for my family a lot. Right now, he has another family with another woman. They have two babies. He is not only providing for them, but he is also providing for me and my grandma as well. My dad is a great family man and an awesome dad. He inspires me to be strong and a hard worker as well. He always inspires me to be my best and I don’t like to disappoint him.
ReplyDeleteMy dad always supports me and he wants me to be my best. Even though I don’t see him a lot, I know one day he’ll come visit. He has another family to provide, so I don’t mind. He is also a very busy man. He tries his best to earn enough just for the two families. And before I was born, my mom had kids from her previous husband (my big half brother and sister). Their father was not around to raise them. So when my mom was with my dad, my dad raised them like they were his own. He is caring and the best dad I could ask for.
2.) - Leaders can encourage others to be their best by encouraging them, of course, and also supporting them. Leaders have to be nice, respectful, understanding, and set a good example. If they do, then they can inspire people to do their best and be their best. Just by being a good and inspirational leader, they can inspire other people too.
3.) - My first order of business would be to ban hunting. We lose so many species of animals to hunting and poaching. That is how most of the animals that we knew before get extinct. Sure, some states do ban hunting, but there are those people who illegally do it. I want to make sure it stops forever. Not only hunting, but also habitat loss. Many animals also become extinct because their habitat is destroyed and they end up dying off. I will make sure we keep animals safe from extinction.
4.) - Honestly (especially this year), they really don’t. Yeah, there are some good candidates who run for office, but they often get picked off. And the candidates who replace them are usually people who use fear to win votes for themselves. And to be honest, all the candidates mean well. They want what’s best for their country. But out of all that craziness, there will always that one person who stands out. All that matters in the end is that the candidate who was chosen sincerely wants to help the country.
5.) - In my opinion, poverty has only some effects on someone who wants to be successful. Sometimes, you need money to be successful. Sometimes, that person that’s in poverty will look down on themselves. They might believe that they can’t be successful. But other times, being in poverty can motivate someone to be successful. It all just depends on the perspective of the person themselves. It depends on how they think and what their perspective of being in poverty is.

She graduated collage with a 4.3 which is really inspiring because that is a very high g.p.a and one day i would love to be like her a very smart beautiful person who is kind and is very poise. If i became president my first order of business would be to make collage free. I would make collage free becuase even though its a higher level of education not many can pay for it. And even though there is a lot of programs and scholor ships that can help the majority of scholor ships you have to compete and most programs only cover a small part of your education.So one way or another you still end up paying parts of your education. Why go through all that truble when education can just be free.
I dont think that the best candidates run for office. I htink this becuase they let donald trump run for office. I gained a lot of courage because of it and now I'm not that scared to say what I have to say in mind. What Mr. King did was brave. Because of it there is no more segregation.

1. To me a great leader was Mahatma Gandhi he fought for every ones rights, not just that but he also fought for India. He fought for an expansion of woman's rights, and to eliminate injustice and bring harmony to India. He was arrested for many years in cause of him fighting for "human rights", Gandhi never called it human rights but he referred it to Indian and social rights. After many years he got arrested he achieved his goal, he never gave up, he kept his dream and got what he wanted in life. Gandhi makes me believe in myself because he never gave up on what he wanted not only for himself but for others, which helps me not give up on my goal.

I believe that everyone deserves a second chance in life no matter what they've done before. Help immigrants get papers easily to be able to be with their loved ones. Since it takes about one to three years to get papers for just a single person id like to make the process faster. There many orders i would like to do but getting papers for immigrants is my number one id like to do.

Someone who inspired me to become better, was my mom. She gave me a talk about how i can't let myself be held back by obstacles i think i can't tackle. Like when i feel like giving up on my homework because i think it's too difficult, or when i don't try or put an effort int it at all. My mom had to talk to me about how i can't let things i think are too difficult hold me back, because sooner or later those things will be necessary to achieve greater things. 3.If i were elected president, my first order of business would be to take care of people who are immigrants I think that everyone deserves a fair chance at making a life in the US, and shouldn't be judged by what country they come from, or what race they are. I speak from experience when i say that starting a life in America can be difficult, and can or will be a long road. I am also an immigrant, and i know how bad it is when your life isn't as easy as a resident's. Some reasons being that they have work permits, passports, and the chance to go to many more places. Being legal means you're just like anyone else, you have the same opportunities as others, but if you're not, you have to actually work hard for those kinds of things. I think that there are people who are very intelligent and can change the world, but because of where they're from, their chances of having a good life would be lower than those of someone who has resident status.
4. I think the candidates who are running for president right now are both bad, but if i had to say which one was better it would be Hillary Clinton. I think that both are bad in the aspect that one has done horrible things in the past, and one is planning to do horrible things in the future. They both want to change the country, but in different ways that will end up ruining the country.

People are inspired by him because he doesn't abuse the power that he was given unlike countless officers in America. He actually cares about his community and wants to make sure at all times that people in it are safe. He really wants to make sure everyone in Little Rock is comfortable, despite their race, religion, culture, etc.
ReplyDeleteA leader that has inspired me to do my best is honestly Donald J trump. He is a money hungry fraud that doesn't care about anything except his money and his reputation. He puts on a show to make himself seem better than other people. In the end he just makes himself look like a fool. Since he and other candidates are this way, it makes me want to be the best person I can be so I can make a difference. Not just for my family, but my community and hopefully all of America.
2.) Everyone has a different idea of what a "good leader" is because it is all based on the person's morals, upbringing, belief, and their overall lifestyle. David may be really into hardcore drugs and aggressive rock music. Dave may think Kurt Cobain is a great leader because Kurt is into the same things that Dave is into. Megan may be from a household where the preach equality for all and love. Megan may think that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr is a great leader because he is sophisticated and believes in equality for all, just like Megan believes. At the end of the day, it all depends on the person and their views, and overall just their lifestyle to have a personal judgment on what a great leader is.
3.) If I was elected president, the first order of business would be to ban guns unless there is a special reason as to why you need it. In the world there is so much violence. Not just with police brutality, but with domestic violence, and school shootings etc. The list goes on as to what gun violence does. There is no good that comes from a gun. It doesn’t matter what end of the gun you are at, because in the end, someone gets killed, and the other person spends the rest of their days in jail. A family is left hurting, or a child is left parentless, or a parent is left childless because of a gun. There are certain exceptions if you were in the military or you were in grave danger.
4.) I think yes and no that the best candidates run for president. Take Bernie Sanders for example. He is a nice older man who believes in equality for all, a major tax cut for the middle and low class, and a tax raise for the upper class and the rich. He also believes that gun violence needs to be stopped and that people of all communities need to come together and stop all violence that is unnecessarily killing our fathers, kids, and mothers. He in my opinion was the greatest thing we had considering the current nominees we have, yet we let him slip through our fingers. He was the best, and in other people’s opinion, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are the best. So yes, the best candidates run for public office, but again, it depends on the person.
5.) Poverty has a huge influence on a person’s ability to succeed. When you live in a poverty ridden city, you don’t get the best possible when it come to success. You go to an poor school with poor materials. Then your parents don’t have much money, so when it’s time to go to college, you might not even go. 1- your parents can’t afford it. 2- you choose to work so you can help your family. If success and college was meant for everyone, it would be equally available to everyone. If college was meant for everyone and not just a certain type of person, it would be affordable for everyone despite their annual income, and it would be around for everyone to get the same chances. So yes, poverty has a lot to do with the person’s potential to succeed.

He is also admired because not only was he a civil rights activist he also co-founded the National Farm Workers Association in 1962. Cesar Chavez is known for this Association because it helped many farmers during that time and still to this day.can't I have been inspired by my dad multiple of times. I have been inspired by him because he works very hard. He lost both his parents and recently his sister but even with those devastating moments he's always positive. My dad has taught me to work hard and to always stay positive despite the bad moments.

ReplyDeleteI have been inspired by a leader to do my best by my dad because my dad had a poor life and didn't have a lot of money.But then he had to take care of his little brothers and find whatever he could to eat to feed his brothers. My dad didn't get education and couldn't get a good job. Until he began to work at a farm at the age of 12 and got money to feed his brothers and helped his mother pay the bills. My dad inspired me because he showed me to never give up and work hard to finish my education and get a good job.

ReplyDeleteI have been inspired by a leader to do my best by my dad because my dad had a poor life and didn't have a lot of money.But then he had to take care of his little brothers and find whatever he could to eat to feed his brothers. My dad didn't get education and couldn't get a good job. Until he began to work at a farm at the age of 12 and got money to feed his brothers and helped his mother pay the bills. My dad inspired me because he showed me to never give up and work hard to finish my education and get a good job.
2.Leaders can encourage others to get the most of their lives by showing them that they don't need to be afraid to reach their life goals.To take opportunities when they come o you because they only come once. Also, that being rude is not a good thing and that being respectful is better. Finally, by doing their best and never giving up because one day they will be successful.This is what leaders can do encourage others.
3.If I was elected president my first order of business is to help others kids that don't have money to get more clothes and get education. Then, to help them get school supplies and food for free. Also, help their parents by getting a job and education as well so they can be prepared to work. Finally, I will help them get their homes they lost or never had come back. That is what my first order of business would be.
4.No because Donald Trump is discriminating Mexicans even dough they didn't do anything to anybody. Also,he wants to build a wall and make Mexicans pay for it. But then again yes because Hillary is a very kind person and she will help others. So yes and no there is good people running for candidate. 5.Poverty affects others to succeed by making them think that they feel like they are worth less because they don't have money like others do. So then they don't want to try to do their best because they think they think it is point less to even try to be successful. What made me realize that I had to do better was just thinking about all the hard work and obstacles she had to overcome in order to be at this point. Not only was she a first-generation student but she is also not a legal U.S. citizen. As a result, she was already born with less opportunities and resources than others. Despite that, her difficult situation made her motivated to succeed and she did extremely well in school.
This made me realize that I have to do my best in order to succeed. Even though I may not be in the best situation, I don't have it as difficult as she did. Since she is the oldest, she has always been like a leader in my family. She always stresses the importance of an education which didn't matter to me until that point.

People are usually inspied by great leaders because they like what that person does. They also ike that that the person fights for what they want. I have been inspired by my teacher when they gave a very inspirational speech.

The time that I have actually been inspired to do something is when my teacher told the class one time a good motivational quote. That motivational quote said that if you don't do what you got to do in life, then you won't be successful. If you're not successful then you won't be able to accomplish the goals you have for the future or have the career you want. At times I can sometimes be lazy when it comes to doing work, but after I heard this quote it really inspired/motivated me to get my work done. I know now that if I really don't get my work done I won't be able to work in a courthouse or be a makeup artist or also I won't be able to have my dream house. I think that this quote is really inspirational and if people actually listen to this quote and follow the steps in what they have to do, they'll be successful before they know it.

Martin Luther followed his dream, he followed them even though he know that he was putting his life on the line. Support children's education because I feel like every child deserve a chance to go to school and learn so that the can be successful in life. I would make hospital's available for children who are in need because there are some people who don't have the money to take their children to the hospital. There are people out there who are broke and can't afford to pay the hospital bills.

The reason why is cause if you show respect you will be seen as a good person and really cares for something. Also you can encourage others by talking to them and say never give up , try hard no matter what happens. What i want to do is help EVERY homeless people there are. The reason is that i don't like seeing people poor or like being uncapable of doing something.. That's why i want to help them a lot. The reason is because there are some schools that do not have that much money and cause of that there are some kids and teachers that do not wanna teach or learn . But there are some students that really want to learn and become something in life so that's is when i can go in and give money to those schools and help them out. 4. The best candidates do not run for president because in my opinion i think that the negative people get to their head. They might think like no one will like them but in reality they will. There is no such thing as saying something dumb to get embarrassed. Don't let those kind of people telling you to don't go for it or something.
5. The effect on proverty having to succeed is a a lot. It is a lot because say someone wants to be big but they live in a ghetto society. Basically it won'e help this person cause if they live in the ghetto there is always shootings and it is never safe. and for that they don't have that thing for like to study because all they think of is where they live. It wouldn't give this person a chance to study. So like it wouldn't help him cause then he or she will probably want to be one of those people to kill someone.

She works hard to make everything easier for her kids. She also pushes us to the best that we can do. People are inspired by leaders because they are the people over them. If your leader can do something, why can't you?
ReplyDeleteAn example of when I have been inspired by a leader is how my mom pushes me to get good grades. In 6th grade I was lost. I had an F and a D. But after that I started turning around. By the next year I had all A's and one B. But she pushed my even harder. During the next year, I had a 4.0. My mom is a very inspiring person and I will always be inspired by her.

She has inspired me to do something because she grew up poor and didn't have a lot of education but now that i know that not everybody can go to school and we are lucky so i took advantage of what i have. 2. A way for leaders to encourage other people is by saying what you mean and by what you stand for. Also they can try to relate with your audience by telling them true stories of the related topic . leaders have to be very brave and have to be assertive also or else people will take advantage of your weakness.

If i was elected president my first business would to be make friendly treaties with other countries.My first country would either be Mexico or Canada because they are next door neighbors to america. 1. A great leader is someone that inspires you to a accomplish your goals in High School, College and in the future. Some people are inspired by leaders because they might not have their parents there to help them or give them the advice that they need. Some leaders also give out good advice about going to college. To me my leader has to be my cousin Ayanna and my mom because they inspired e to finish High School and go to College so that i can become that architect that i always wanted to be. But my mom mostly because she never went to college because she had me. But that didn't stop her from going to school for nursing.

1) One of the greatest leaders that this country has ever seen is Martin Luther King. He did something that people had been trying to do for years. Dr. King stopped segregation. He went up on the stage fearless facing everybody, despite his color he went up there and made a difference. Of course there were some people that was just against the colored people and treated them unequally, but for the most part the world had changed.
ReplyDeletePeople like Dr. King inspire people. People get inspired because people that as great as Dr. King set a confident fearless great example. Does that not sound like a good thing to be, everyone wants to better themselves, so it helps to have an example. Me myself have a leader/ role model in my life. My mom is my biggest leader, she is a fearless, courageous, strong, single mom. The things she does has me in aw. She takes care of 2 kids works, takes care of the house, spends time with us, etc.
2) Leaders have a big toll on peoples lives. Leaders tend to inspire those that follow. Leaders can motivate those to live their lives to the fullest by motivating. They can tell the followers, 'be who you are, i know you have a dream, a goal, chase it, stop belittling yourself, take a chance and and get to your success.
3) If i were elected president my first order of business would be to make school every other day. I would do this because i feel like it would make the students more productive, and well rounded. I think grades would go up as well as interest. It would be less stressful which leads to a lot of conflict including fights , disorderly conduct, and overall low enthusiasm.
4) In opinion the candidates could be better. I think so because it's not just about experience. The ability to unselfishly put the people first and politics last is also very important. Lets take Hillary for example, she and her husband Bill Clinton made the 3 strike law. Meaning if you are on your 3rd felony and you steal something as small as a snickers bar, you could go to prison for 20 years. The punishment simply does not fit the crime, and it mostly affects African American males. Now Donald Trump, straight off the back is tying to get rid of all of the non citizens, even if they have established home and employment in America. So yes I think this years candidates could be better.

They tend to think that they are not as good as those with more, and hope tends to lessen. Those stricken with poverty dont have the same resources and suffer from lack of exposure.
1) One of the greatest leaders that this country has ever seen is Martin Luther King. He did something that people had been trying to do for years. Dr. King stopped segregation. He went up on the stage fearless facing everybody, despite his color he went up there and made a difference. Of course there were some people that was just against the colored people and treated them unequally, but for the most part the world had changed.
ReplyDeletePeople like Dr. King inspire people. People get inspired because people that as great as Dr. King set a confident fearless great example. Does that not sound like a good thing to be, everyone wants to better themselves, so it helps to have an example. Me myself have a leader/ role model in my life. My mom is my biggest leader, she is a fearless, courageous, strong, single mom. The things she does has me in aw. She takes care of 2 kids works, takes care of the house, spends time with us, etc.
2) Leaders have a big toll on peoples lives. Leaders tend to inspire those that follow. Leaders can motivate those to live their lives to the fullest by motivating. They can tell the followers, 'be who you are, i know you have a dream, a goal, chase it, stop belittling yourself, take a chance and and get to your success.
3) If i were elected president my first order of business would be to make school every other day. I would do this because i feel like it would make the students more productive, and well rounded. I think grades would go up as well as interest. It would be less stressful which leads to a lot of conflict including fights , disorderly conduct, and overall low enthusiasm.

1) One example of a grate leader is my sister. My sister was the valid valedictorian of her class and had a full ride to collage. She is now currently studding at Wisconsin Madison to become a business women. I look up to her because she had to go through hell to get where she is today. And now experiencing it myself she is a really strong person.
ReplyDeleteI was inspired by her to do my best when i came into high school and started to do some of the stuff she did and i found out that its really difficult to do what she did. And especially when some of the clubs are very tight knit and dont like it when people start to do other things. But to thrive above all that and to be where she is today is definitely inspiring. And when ever i fell low she always tells me to not pay attention to the haters and to be just be myself and to do what i need to do. And thats what basically what my leader does to get me through the day.
2) Leaders can be listeners, helpers and doers. By listing they can listen to the problems that people have and to be the shoulder to cry on when no one else is there. They can be helpers like my sister who help out when there is a problem that you can not solve on your own. And they can also be doers. The people who do something about something instead of just leaving it as is.

For anyone who wants to pursue their dream and be successful who is to stop them. Why cant everyone be who they want to be or do what they want to do but cant because of gender or race. 4) No i dont think that the best candidates run for president. I think this because we have Donald trump running for president. He is the ultimate natsy and they are letting him run for president. And not just him in the beging of the election a doctor was running for president. A DOCTOR! Im all up for do what you want to do if it makes you happy but someone who studied medicine running for government.
5) In my opinion poverty has a big impact on someones potential to succeed. I think this because when your poor and dont have money for food it drives you to become sucsessful and to never live that way again. And its hard to come out of poverty because you start taking out loans and then the payment comes and then you dont have the money for that then you owe more than what you borroed and then it becomes ths wallet sucking crater that you cant seem to get out of.
1. To me a great leader has to be George Washington. He was the first president of the United States of America. Besides being the first president, George Washington was also the general of the United States army. President Washington inspires people because with his great leadership, the U.S. got their independence from Britain. Without that accomplishment, America would still probably be territory of Britain.
ReplyDeleteA leader that has inspired me to do my best is Martin Luther King Jr. He inspired me to stand up for what I believe in. I gained a lot of courage because of it and now I'm not that scared to say what I have to say in mind. What Mr. King did was brave. Because of it there is no more segregation.
2. The ways that leaders can get the best out of their lives is by showing care and respect. By doing that it will show the people that you really care about them and what they believe in. Some people don't care about what they do, they just do it to earn something from. You have got to change that person's perspective about it so they themselves can be great leaders. You have to demonstrate that you are a great leader and set good examples.
3. If I were president, my first order of business would be to increase minimum wage. The reason why I would do it is so that so everyone can earn what they deserve. Some people don't deserve it but other people do. i believe that increasing minimum wage would be good for our nation. It would make everyone have a little extra money in their pockets.

It can also mean that they just like their job. Another reason why they won't run for public office is because they may believe that it is too much responsibility for them. The candidates just don't want to have too much in their hands.
5. Poverty has lots to affect in someone's path to succeed. A reason why it affects it is because if you live in a dirty or poor neighborhood, the chances are that you won't be able to be spotted. Where you live can affect success. There can be not so good resources where you are from so it prevents you from looking for success. The only way to be successful in a place full of poverty is by being spotted.
