I hope this finds you all in good sprits and health. This week we are going to work on building "Our Perfect House." We will be working with Google Slides and realtor.com. ALL of the houses we will be using will come from realtor.com.
As we focus on the work, I want you to continue to think about the person you are evolving into, the life you want to create for yourself in the future, and the type of leader you are becoming. Continue to focus on creating a life you will be proud of now and in the future.
Please continue to make up missing assignments. We are getting close, but the game isn't over yet.

2. The video and quote are similar because both explain that if a person wants to be successful in life, you must make changes to it. Whether it is something small, like the time you go to bed, or something major, like your mindset and attitude, those things can both make a large impact on your life. These two sources share one major difference. This difference is that the quote, unlike the video, mentions that a person cannot dwell on the past. Doing this can make you feel discouraged, or you can begin to wonder what would have happened if you have done something different in the past.
3. The video says that you have to "activate your inner warrior" in life. What this means is that you cannot give up in life. You must fight through every hardship you face. Things will not be handed to you in life,it will get tough. But, you have to remain strong and never give up. The quote says that change is crucial in life. People who stay behind thinking about the future or being too caught up in the present will not achieve what they want in the future.
4. I would consider myself a success achiever. I consider myself this because I do anything possible to succeed. Doing this allows me to achieve my goals in life.
5. When I think of the words "leader" and "leadership", many things come to mind. I think of great leaders, like Martin Luther King Jr., and the qualities each has. Leaders have many qualities that I believe are absolutely necessary. These qualities include passion, patience, honesty, and the ability to communicate.
6. In my opinion, there are two qualities that are most important for a leader to have. I believe that a leader must be able to speak passionately about their beliefs. When giving speeches, I think it is crucial for a leader to speak about their views. The second quality I believe a great leader should have is the ability to communicate. This quality goes in hand with the ability to speak passionately. They also differ because the quote is saying to not let your past you've had torment you to keep you from fulfilling your future. Leadership means to guide others when there in need or to complete a task and to motivate others. The qualities that are necessary in a leader is motivation and patience because your gonna need that to lead others and help them get trough their problems you also need to understand others.
6. In my opinion the qualities for a perfect leader is understandment, motivation, and hope. I believe those are the most important qualities because you need understandment to understand others and not judge on what there going trough understand what other people feel and how they are. You definitely need motivation so you can motivate others to strive for their best and not give up without trying. Motivation is the key to your future because without it nobody would have a future a good paying job or a job in general and getting by. You need hope for when your on the verge of giving up because you'll of course need somebody by your side to get trough it all hope for your goals and dreams.

5) when ever i hear the word leader or leadership, I think about Martin Luther King. He was so outstanding to me and I really think he represents the word leader. To be a leader you have to be bold, you have to be fearless. MLK shared all of the qualities and beyond.

The video was about you being a warrior in your life.Since a warrior finds what will be their opponent in the battle.And they fight to win the battle for their life.Everyone can be a warrior as long as they don't give up on themselves.The quote was about not think of the past and think ahead to the future.Also that learning and leadership can't be thrown away,but be used for your benefit.Thinking in the past or in the present can affect the way we act in the future because we won't feel confident in the future.
3.I would consider myself both because I want to achieve and not have a failure.Since failures can bring a person down.And if I am a achiever I don't have to worry much about failures.
4.My though on what leader should have would be that he/she should be confident so I feel like they know what they are talking about.A leader should also be respectful to everyone and care about others feelings.Also a leader should be responsible so I know that I could trust them as my leader.
5.In My opinion the most important quality that a leader should have is to listen to others opinions.So they understand what is wrong and fix it for the people them.Since a leader learns more from the people that state their issues.And they can also understand what they could do to improve themselves more as a leader.This quality is important so the leader understands their own flaws.

ReplyDelete2) I think the video and the quote are similar because they both explain that if people don't change they won't be able to progress a lot in life. They won't be able to be a warrior. I also think that the video and the quote are different because the quote talks about how change in a person's life is the key to success. It is the key to help you look into the future. The video talks about how you have to fight for it. You have to fight for what life is throwing at you.
3) They video and the quote both talk about that when people don't change they won't be able to move along. That bad experience that they have had throughout their life will haunt then for the rest of their life. If people actually change, it will give them a step forward into moving to the next level. When people make a change, it allows them to make a progress in their lives as well. They just have to fight back and know what's right and what's wrong in life. People are sometimes afraid to fight back because they know that they are not going to be able to accomplish anything in life when they fight back.
4) I consider myself a success achiever because I actually have accomplished many things in life. I think that the advice that I've been given by watching these videos have actually helped me to continue on with my life. It has helped me to avoid the bad things that will prevent me from being successful.
5) I think the word that describes the qualities that are necessary for someone to be an effective leader is "leadership". Leadership is when someone knows how to take control of a certain group, team, etc. A leader shows leadership when they know how to take control of a certain things or when they show good guidance.
6) To me the most important quality of a leader is for them to show good motivation and leadership. I think these two characteristics are important for a leader to have because it will make them a good mentor and they will be able to motivate other people to do certain things. Sometimes it can be challenging to be a leader, but then when you start realizing that you can actually make a change to other people's lives, you'll be proud of yourself. Leaders are there to encourage us. They're there to give us good examples in life to how we can be successful.

How the differ is that the video talks more about that you have to fight now and you have to fight all your obstacles now to worry about to future fight everything now and make your future fee and great.

3.I dont consider myself a curtain type i do fail sometimes but i also do succeed its not just one i do fail and make mistakes but because i fail and make mistakes i learn from all of my mistake and improve everyday
4.When i hear leadership i think of independent and know what the leader is doing and have confidence and self independence know how to respect yourself and others. What is needed in what i said is i need to have confidence and i need to have self esteem and makes sure to tell myself i am amazing
5.The most important quality in a leader is hope and believing yourself an others. because if you dont believe in anyone or you then you wont be able to believe you wont have hope for anything and you wont be able to accomplish anything if you dont have hope or believe you will get something done you wont.

ReplyDelete2. The video and the quote are similar because they both talk about growth. They video says that if you find your inner warrior, and fight, it can help lead you to where you want to be. The quote says that you can't go anywhere in life if you continuously look at your past and present and by doing that, you can't see your future. The video and quote are different because the video mainly talks about finding your inner warrior and fighting. Where as the quote takes a softer standpoint and tells more about change and leadership.
3.In summary, the video talks about finding your inner warrior and bringing it out. How you should always fight for what you want and never surrender or give up. The quote by our late president John F. Kennedy talks about change. He thinks that you can not change if you let your past and present weigh you down. If you do this, then you can not focus on your future.
4. I would consider myself to be an achiever. I never just dodge failing because what if I get hit. I do whatever I have to, to achiever goals, dreams, etc.
5. When I think of a leader, the first words that come into my head are the words strong, determined, together, trustworthy, and consistent. Of the given words, I feel like the one that you only have a good leader if they are consistent. A leader who doesn't stick to their actions and slacks off not only gives them a bad name, but they looses the trust and honor of the people following under them.
6. The quality that is the most effect for a leader is trust. If a leader is not trustworthy then why are they leading. When you lead you must make factual claims and be able to have the majority believe you. Take Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton for example. They can say things and have people believe them, but the claims are not factual. If you dig deep into their past, you can see that both have lied to the public on multiple accounts. No is perfect and every leader may stretch the truth to make people believe them or seem more fit than the next person. But to be a flat out liar is absolutely the opposite from a leader.

They are also different because the quote talks about how you need to use change as a law and they video is talking about how fighting through the pain will help you succeed.

4. I don't really know what i consider myself being to be honest. I guess i'm in the middle but, definitely on my way to becoming a success achiever.
5. For someone to be a good leader i believe that it would be to accept people. That my leader is accepting to everyone no matter what. When i think of leader i think of someone who everyone else should follow.
